APPLICATION
Morning and evening, apply the revitalising facial toner either to a cotton pad and gently dab it onto the face and neck – repeat until the cleansing pad shows no more residue – or apply it directly to cleansed facial skin without a cotton pad. The skin is now perfectly prepared for subsequent care.
